The Leechburg Area Community Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the Leechburg area as a retail, service, and cultural area. LACA membership is now free and open to anyone who has a vested interest in making Leechburg a better place. Meetings are the first Tuesday of every month at 5 o'clock.
